Hey John,
I think the final 3 did a great job especially for the limited training. The 5 that quit and got canned didn’t have a chance, if they cant trade other peoples money they don’t have a shot at trading their own. The team would have done much better if they traded / hedged like a team rather than only focusing on their individual book. I just realized part 2 was from episode 2 but I cat find part 2 of episode 3.
